Lesley-Ann Brandt was born in Cape Town in South Africa on December 2, 1981. She is a model and actress best known for appearing in TV and film. Brandt began her career in New Zealand with the sitcom Diplomatic immunity. Her American debut was in her part as Naevia in the drama of the same name, Spartacus: Blood and Sand. The actress has appeared on several shows in the past 10 years, including Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies The Librarians and Spartacus: Gods of the Arena. Brandt is currently appearing as Mazikeen the character of Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro's urban fantasy Lucifer. Brandt was brought up as a child in Cape Town South Africa. Later, in her late teens she immigrated along with her parents to Auckland New Zealand. Brandt's career started as a fashion model, appearing in commercials on television and magazine ads. Prior to when she had a career as a model She worked as a salesperson in retail as well as an information-technology recruitment consultant. On the New Zealand sitcom Diplomatic Immunity that she starred in, playing Leilani F'auigaese in 2009, her first big role secured. Then, in 2021 she made her debut appearance on Spartacus Blood and Sand on Starz. She played a slave girl, Naevia. Additionally, she reprised the Naevia character in the prequel Miniseries Spartacus Gods of the Arena. Craig Parker and she co-starred on three separate television series, Diplomatic Immunity (2009), Spartacus (2010), and Legend of the Seeker (2008). In 2016, Mazikeen began her role as a bounty-hunting demon in Netflix's smash hit Lucifer. This happens to be her most memorable role so far. The show features Tom Ellis Lauren Gerber Kevin Alejandro D. B. Woodside and D. B. Woodside.
