Shay Mitchell, a Canadian actress and model is an entrepreneurs. The most famous part she played was that of Emily Fields from the Freeform television series Pretty Little Liars. After having a great time with modeling and dance, she decided to give it a go at acting, and began acting classes in Toronto. Mitchell was cast in guest roles and commercials before getting her big break. Her acting skills were praised by critics and viewers alike. She was born 10th April 1987. She's of Filipina heritage, and her father has Scottish/Irish roots. Mitchell has also been identified as the cousin of Lea Salonga - a famous musical theatre actress and singer. Mitchell went to Rockridge Secondary, before switching to West Vancouver Secondary. In the final stages of her teenage years she began modeling for different corporations across the world. The trip took her to Barcelona Bangkok Hong Kong before finally returning home and studying acting in Toronto.
